1:How do I return the reel if I am not satified?

If you are not happy with our reel , please contact us within 3 days for the return. All reels must be in original condition with packaging intact. 100% Guranteed Money Back

2:Who will pay the return shipping cost?

We will bear the return shipping cost but pls pay it for us and then we will send it back to you by paypal.

Reel Warranty

1:All reels are backed by  lifetime warranty to the original owner.

2:Damage by dropping, striking the reel etc is not covered under warranty.

3:Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.  This includes but is not limited to bearings and other moving parts. 

4:Saltwater damage is not covered under warranty.  We highly suggest rinsing all products after use in saltwater. 

Repair Policy

If your reel is not covered under our Warranty Policy, FinReel will repair or replace it for a fee. FinReel will provide you with a cost-estimate so that you can make an informed decision about repairing your reel.
